Alaska Nursery Tales

Nursery today went great!...super great!...fantastic!! It was very organized, very fun, and much calmer than we were used to. For the most part, this was all due to the fact that there were only about 5 kids there today. We noticed this in Oregon. If there were just a few kids, things went way smoother. If there were over 10, things got crazy no matter how organized you try to be. Elise did great here. I went with her for the most part, but when I left for a bit, she did great playing and coloring and having fun. She didn't want to leave when it was time to go home. I'm thinking she'll get the hang of this so quick, she'll be doing this all on her own in no time. Hooray!!! What a grown up girl I'm getting, and there were great leaders in there who were warm, calm, and loving....Thank you for great nursery leaders. And the primary chorister who did song time was fabulous as well, and really kept the kids moving and grooving. It was a great first day...hopefully next time goes just as smoothly!
