We went on July 7 to the Macauley Salmon Hatchery in Juneau. There are some aquariums inside, and a small touch tank. We had a great time looking at the seastars, crabs, and fish. Elise and I got to touch a sea cucumber, and a couple seastars in the touch tank. She held one finger out to touch the cucumber, and was very gentle:

Even though it was against the rules, Elise kept wanting to put her hand in the big tank:

We had a great time, and look forward to going again.
